Stephen Owen
chief financial officer
Mr. Owen has over 23 years’ experience in the fields of education and communications. After receiving a Masters in Teaching from Whitworth University in 1995, he focused his attentions on sales and marketing techniques designed to meet consumer expectations as well as corporate business goals. He spent 3 years in the healthcare industry as a regional manager with a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplier before co-founding SentinelC3, Inc. His experience with patients and healthcare facilities inspired the need for an effective technology to reconcile the patient on/off dates with the asset management billing from the (DME) providers. Undocumented communication, disparate tracking mechanisms, multiple persons working in closed, separate books (until day 1 of the billing cycle) created far too many errors, wasted time and money. The necessity created the invention, evolving into the latest iteration of SentinelC3’s software application. Where customer needs create a better ongoing solution.
